Daisy

Daisy comes from a Western Siberian city called Surgut. She was captured as a stray pup when she was only a couple of months old by the municipal authorities and put in a kill shelter. In Russia there is no such thing as humane killing in kill shelters – the methods used are horrific.

Fortunately, Daisy was rescued and brought to a private shelter in the Moscow region where we met her. She struggled finding a home so we took her to the UK.

Now she has a wonderful human Mum and a canine friend Bailie who is an older look alike!

Daisy had to travel almost 6,000 km away from her birth place in order to find safety and happiness. We are grateful to Daisy’s human Mum – Jacqueline – who has given her such a loving and supportive home and to everyone involved in her story!
